Women's Golf Take Third at Yale Invitational

New Haven, CT- The Boston College women's golf team finished third out thirteen teams at the Yale Invitational. The combined team score at the par 71 course was 631, +53.
Sophomore Eunice Yim and Senior Meghan Martinek led the team each shooting a 152, +10 and trying for fourth in the invitational out of seventy competitors. Freshmen Kaela Klune (157, +15) and Chance Forbes (162, +20) finished third and fourth for the team, respectively. Junior Kelsey Rockey rounded out the top five shooting also shooting a 162, +20.
Harvard University (610, +42) and the University of Pennsylvania (619, +51) finished first and second, respectively.
The Eagles will compete next on October 3 at the Penn State Invitational.
