Women's Golf Competes at Penn State Invitational

University Park, PA- The Boston College women's golf team placed sixth out of sixteen teams at the Penn State Invitational posting a team score of 935, +71 at the par 72 course.
Junior Kelsey Rockey (232, +16) led the team and came in twelfth out of ninety competitors. She was followed by teammates sophomore Eunice Yim and freshman Kaela Klune who each shot a 234, +18. Senior Meghan Martinek (236, +20) and sophomore Carolyn Barbee (249, +33) came in fourth and fifth for the team, respectively.
Rollins (909, +45) finished first, Penn State University (925, +61) came in second, and Eastern Michigan and Western Michigan tied for third (927, +63).
The Eagles are back in action October 9 at the Rutgers Invitational.
