Eagles Tie for Eleventh at Big 5 Championship

Philadelphia, PA- The Boston College men's golf team tied for eleventh out of seventeen teams at the Big 5 Championship. At the par 71 course the team's total score was 615, +47.
The Eagles were led by sophomore Kyle McCartan who shot a 150, +8. Senior Jan Prokop came in second for the Eagles shooting a 154, +12. Freshman Luke Feehan came in third for the team and shot a 156, +14. Following him was senior John McAuliffe and Sophomore Kevin Melnick who each shot a 157, +15.
The top three teams at championship were Campbell University (587, +19), Richmond University (591, +23) and Yale University (594, +26).
The Eagles are back in action October 17 at the Seton Hall Invitational.
