Burlington, Vt. -
No. 5 Women's Ice Hockey shuts out the University of Vermont 5-0 on Sunday afternoon to sweep the season series with the Catamounts three games to none. Junior goaltender Molly Schaus recorded her school record eighth shutout of the season in the contest.
For the second time in two days Schaus and company held the Catamounts scoreless while putting up five tallies of their own.

The Eagles continued to light up the scoreboard in the second period with freshman Mary Restuccia's power play goal at 5:29 in the frame. Three minutes later, freshman forward Allison Szlosek notched her first collegiate goal to give Boston College the 3-0 lead.
Restuccia notched another power play goal in the final minutes of the frame to give the Eagles a 4-0 lead heading into the final frame.
BC added one more goal to their tally with freshman Danielle Welch's zinger in the third period.
The Eagles outshot UVM 31-16 and went 2-5 on the power play.
Hockey East action continues for the Eagles with a home-and-home series with the University of New Hampshire Jan. 29 and 20. BC travels to UNH on Thursday night and hosts the Wildcats at Kelley Rink on Friday at 7 p.m.
