Eagles Race in Rowing Beanpot

Boston College women's rowing competed in the second annual Beanpot Regatta on Saturday on the Charles River in Boston, Mass.
The Eagles finished fourth in the varsity eight and second varsity eight events. In the novice four, BC entered two boats, finishing third and fourth.
In the varsity eight, the Eagles posted a time of 6 minutes, 56.9 seconds. Radcliffe won the race in 6:24.0. Northeastern and BU placed second and third, respectively.
The Eagles placed fourth in the second varsity eight event. Radcliffe, BU, and Northeastern were the top three finishers, respectively.
BC's two entries in the novice four finished third and fourth. Radcliffe won the race and Northeastern placed second.
Boston College will close out the season on May 18 at the Eastern Sprints in Camden, N.J.
