
Volleyball Drops Final Road Game To Clemson

The Boston College volleyball team lost its final road game of the season, 3-0, to Clemson in front of 1,447 fans at Jervey Gym. The Tigers registered an attack percentage of .468 in the win, the highest the Eagles have allowed on the season.
With the loss BC dropped to 7-24, (1-18 ACC) while Clemson, the defending ACC champions, improved to 21-9 (13-6 ACC)
Clemson won by set scores of 25-11, 25-16, and 25-10 and teammates Jeannette Abbott and Danielle Hepburn combined for 31 kills to lead the Tigers.
Brittany Pierpont had four kills with no errors and added 10 assists for the Eagles. Mollie Kolosky had two service aces and Taylor Williams had five kills to lead BC.
The Eagles will conclude the season at home on Nov. 26 at 3 pm, when they honor seniors Tori Thompson and Brittany Pierpont on Senior Day against Maryland.
