Women's Ice Hockey Takes on Clarkson in Weekend Series

Chestnut Hill, MA - The Boston College Women's Ice Hockey team will get down to business this weekend, as they kick off the 2008-2009 season with a weekend home series against the Clarkson Golden Knights.
Head Coach Katie King and the Eagles are looking to add to the success the program has experienced in the past several years, including the trip to the 2007 Frozen Four.
Led by Captains Colleen Harris, Maggie Taverna and Tracy Johnson, the women's team will be looking to add to the winning tradition of the Boston College Ice Hockey program.
The Eagles will drop the puck on the 2008-2009 campaign Saturday October 4 at 2 p.m. at Kelley Rink.
