
Volleyball Suffers 3-0 Defeat To Duke

The Boston College volleyball team fell to Duke on Saturday night at Cameron Indoor Stadium, 3-0. The Eagles could not find any rhythm on the attack, committing 22 errors against the Blue Devils.
The set scores for the match were 25-16, 25-14, and 25-15, all in favor of Duke.
With the loss, the Eagles dropped to 6-17 (0-11 ACC), while the Blue Devils improved to 17-6 (8-3 ACC)
BC was lead by a stellar effort by middle hitter Melanie Cimino, who registered 7 kills without any attacking errors for a hitting percentage of .700.
Brittany Pierpont and Dani Moskitis each had 13 digs for the Eagles, and Kristen Baader added 12 digs.
The Eagles will return to Power Gym on Thursday, Oct. 30 to face NC State at 8 pm.
