Boston College Golf Team Qualifies for Regionals

CHESTNUT HILL, MA - The Boston College men's golf team qualified for the NCAA Division 1 Golf Championships to be held on May 30 through June 2 at the Golf Course at Golden Horseshoe Golf Club in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Boston College is one of 27 teams and six individuals were selected to compete. Three regional tournaments will be conducted May 17 through May 19. Ten teams and two individuals not on advancing teams will move on from each regional to the championship finals.
The Eagles, who will be represented in the tournament by junior Bob Reed, junior Alex Snickenberger, senior Kyle Kelly, junior Jim Granello and freshman Jan Prokop, will travel to Alpharetta, Georgia to compete in the regional on May 17-19 at The Golf Club of Georgia.
