Volleyball Drops Match to Florida State, 3-0

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Boston College volleyball team dropped an Atlantic Coast Conference match to the Florida State Seminoles, 3-0, Friday evening at Lucy McDaniel Court.
The Eagles now own a 12-15 record on the season, 6-11 in the ACC. The win improves the Seminoles to 10-7 in ACC play, 13-12 overall.
Florida State won game-one, 30-20. The Seminoles barely edged BC in game-two, 31-29, before winning game-three, 30-15, earning a three-game sweep of the Eagles.
Senior Abigail Hasebroock led the BC offense, recording a team-high nine kills on the evening.
Dani Moskitis chipped in with 24 assists and seven digs, while Cathy Quilico totaled a team-high eight digs in the loss.
The Eagles travel to Miami, Fla. to battle the Hurricanes, Sunday, Nov. 11 at noon.
