Charlottesville, Va. - The Boston College men's golf team finished seventh out of 10 teams at the Cavalier Classic, hosted by the University of Virginia. Bob Reed was BC's top golfer finishing tied for 28th overall. The par-72 course ran 6,875 yards.
Through three rounds, Reed shot a combined 229 to land tied for 28th overall. Alex Snickenberger shot 230, which included a second round one-under par. Snickenberger finished tied for 30th.
Ryan Sturma, Jim Granello and Kyle Kelly rounded out the field for the Eagles.
The Cavalier Classic marked the final Invitational of the season for Boston College.
