Chestnut Hill, Mass. - The Boston College women's golf team won the Mass. State Invitational on Friday, April 21. All five BC golfers placed in the top ten.
Katie Napleton was BC's top finisher placing second and shooting 78. Elizabeth Friel completed her collegiate career with a third place finish, while freshman Emily Cannon placed one stop behind Friel at fourth.
Kathryn Mohr and Lara Smilnak tied for sixth to round out the BC field.
The Eagles final competition in on Friday, April 28 and Saturday, April 29 at the Rugters Invitational in Piscataway, N.J.
