Women's Basketball To Hold Fan Appreciation Day

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College women's basketball team will celebrate its successful season with a Fan Appreciation Day. The Eagles extend an invitation for fans and the general public to join in the fun and celebration over the 2004-05 season.
The event will take place Saturday, April 23 at 12:30 p.m. at Power Gym in Conte Forum. The team will share its stories of the incredible NCAA Tournament experience, answer questions about the 2004-05 season, and sign autographs throughout the afternoon. In addition, there will be video highlights.
Finally, senior awards will be presented to the first class in BC history to play in four NCAA Tournaments - Jessalyn Deveny (Westford, Mass.) and Clare Droesch (Rockaway Beach, N.Y.).
Immediately following the Fan Appreciation Day, the BC football team will play its annual Jay McGillis spring game in Alumni Stadium.
