The women's tennis team got back on track Wednesday, defeating crosstown rival Boston University, 4-3. The Eagles had lost their previous two matches.
Junior Szilvia Szegedi defeated Laura Ahmes at No. 1 singles, 6-3, 6-1, and has now won seven of her last eight singles matches.
Senior Morgan Landes cruised in the No. 3 position, putting together one of her strongest outings of the season with a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Erin Katims. Classmate Amy Molden won in straight sets at No. 6.
The Eagles (10-8) won two of three doubles matches to claim the day's initial point.
