Men's Tennis Loses To Manhattan, 5-2

The men's tennis team finished one of its toughest road stretches of the season on Sunday, falling to Manhattan College, 5-2. The Eagles played three matches in a two-day span this weekend, escaping with one win over Lehigh yesterday.
Sophomore Soma Kesthely won his second match of the weekend at No. 2 singles, defeating Diego Alvarado in a three-set battle 6-3, 3-6, 6-4. Kesthely improves to 9-5 in singles action this season.
Freshman Chris Louis won in straight sets in the No. 6 slot, posting a straight sets win over Filip Szymik 6-3, 6-2. Louis' singles record is 8-5 this year.
Jason Sechrist lost a three-set match in the No. 5 position, falling to David Alvarado 6-2, 4-6, 6-3.
The Eagles return to action in two weeks when they travel to Fort Myers, Fla. to take on Florida Gulf Coast University.
