The men's tennis team lost the first match of its Florida trip to Florida Gulf Coast University on Sunday, falling 7-0.
The Eagles (2-6) failed to take a set during the match, as Soma Kesthely and Jason Sechrist both dropped tiebreakers. Chris McCoy lost a tough match at No. 2 singles, losing 7-5, 6-4 to Jose Pastrello.
The Eagles will take on the University of Central Florida on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Orlando, Fla.
