Hockey Signs Matt Price To National Letter Of Intent

High-school standout Matt Price has signed a national letter of intent to play hockey at Boston College, according to an announcement made by head coach Jerry York. Price will enroll at BC in September 2006, and will be eligible to compete in the 2006-07 season.
The 5-foot, 10-inch Price is a native of Milton, Ontario where he plays for the Milton IceHawks of the Ontario Hockey Association. Through the first 13 games of 2005-06, he has tallied 18 points - six goals and 12 assists - and owns a plus-18 rating. Price registered 11 goals and 21 assists for 32 points in 39 games during his junior season in 2004-05.
