Women's Cross Country Climbs the Ranks

Chestnut Hill, Mass. - The women's cross country team moved up in the Finish/Lynx national poll to No. 14 from No. 24. The weekly poll is released on Monday by the Women's Cross Country Coaches Association.

The Eagles competed in the NCAA Pre-National meet on Saturday, Oct. 15. The team finished 6th overall out of 34 teams, and three-time All-American Maria Cicero crossed the line 8th overall, with a time of 20 minutes, 40.6 seconds.

Next up for the Eagles is the Mayor's Cup on Saturday, Oct. 23, at Franklin Park in Boston, Mass.
