CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - 55th- ranked Boston College took 5-of-6 singles matches and 2-of-3 doubles matches to earn a 6-1 defeat of Boston University in women's tennis action, Saturday afternoon at the Flynn Recreation Complex.
Szilvia Szegedi (Dumakeszi, Hungary), Allison Ashley (Chestnut Hill, Mass.) and Morgan Landes (Huron, Ohio) all earned singles and doubles wins while Emily Hellberg (Spring Lake, Mich.) and Nida Waseem (Karachi, Pakistan) each contributed singles wins to lead BC.
The Eagles return to action when they host conference opponent Connecticut, Friday, April 23 at 2:00 p.m.
