PRINCETON, N.J. - Senior captain Justin Slattery (Hampton, N.H.) won his fourth consecutive no. 1 singles match, defeating Darius Craton, 6-2, 6-2, to lead Boston College in a 6-1 loss to Princeton, Sunday, February 22 at Jadwin Gym in Princeton, N.J.
The loss drops the Eagles' record to 2-5 overall. Princeton improves to 3-4.
Boston College heads west for a five-game road trip. The Eagles will face California-Riverside (2/29), UNLV (3/1), Drake (3/5), Denver (3/5) and Utah (3/6). The Eagles return to BC and the Flynn Recreation Complex, Sunday, March 21 to host Stony Brook.
