Women's Tennis Signs Two New Recruits

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College women's tennis program received two national letters of intent from its 2004-05 class of recruits. The following is a list of players who will join the Boston College women's tennis team as a freshman next season:

Caitlin Arnould
Florence, Mass./Cambridge Academy - Ocala, Florida
* Ranked as high as 40th Nationally in Junior Girls' 16 Singles Division
* Ranked as high as No. 1 in New England Junior Girls' 18 Division

Gia Nafarrete
Seal Beach, Calif./Los Alamitos HS
* Ranked in top 100 Nationally in Girls 18
* Southern California Sportsmanship of the Year Award (Girls 16)
* Three-time First Team All-Orange County selection
