Minneapolis, Minn. - The Boston College women's cross country team finished 14th at this weekend's Roy Griak Invitational, hosted by the University of Minnesota. The meet was the squad's final tune-up before the New England Championships on October 10 at Franklin Park.
Senior captain Jennifer Kramer was the top finisher for Boston College, posting a time of 21:07, which was good for 10th place. Jennifer Donovan was close behind, finishing 14th with a time of 21:17. Laurel Burdick also cracked the top 100 in the field of 254, finishing 88th with a time of 22:26. Also scoring for the Eagles were Melissa Sherman (126th/22:57) and freshman Jessica Flinn (144th/23:09).
