Q: When making your final decision to attend Boston College, what was the main reason for your choice?
"I loved everything about it. The location, the atmosphere, the people. And I also loved that it is known as a prestigious university.
Q: What do you hope to get out of your experience at Boston College?
"A degree plus four amazing years with awesome people."
Q: What makes volleyball such an appealing game to play?
"The fast pace game with so many momentum shifts makes it incredible to be on the court playing or watching in the stands."
Q: What is your greatest moment in athletics? Why?
"It was actually in a high school soccer game when my team won sectional finals in a penalty kick shootout. I was the goalie and received MVP. It was awesome."
Q: What is the best about Boston College?
"The camaraderie between all the people."
Q: Where is your favorite place to go in Boston?
"The North End. The Italian food is phenomenal and it's just a great place to go out and relax."
Q: What is the best advice you have ever received?
"To play every time like it will be your last. This has a huge impact on my everyday life because last year I tore my ACL. Now I take everyday one at a time and never take anything for granted."
Q: If you could talk to three people, who would they be?
"My brother who has been in Iraq since April, and my great grandfather Orin Woodcock."
Q: What is something that people don't know about you?
"That my mom is my best friend and her nickname since middle school is chickie."
Q: Where do you see yourself in ten years from now?
"Working in a law firm in Boston and living on the beach with my family."
Q: What is your hometown known for?
"Well if you asked the man in the BC bookstore it would be Heid's for it's Hoffman's hot dogs. But probably the enormous amounts of snow!"
Q: What is your favorite sports team?
"The Buffalo Bills and the Yankees but lately I've been making the big switch to the New England Patriots and the Red Sox.

"Weather.com. I live by it!"
