A limited number of season tickets remain on sale for a home football schedule some are calling one of the most attractive in Boston College football history. BC's 2003 slate includes five teams that played in bowl games last season, including 2002 national runner-up Miami (Fla.), traditional rival Notre Dame, BIG EAST foes Pittsburgh and West Virginia and 2002 Seattle Bowl champion Wake Forest.
"Clearly, this home schedule will challenge our football team and entertain our fans," Director of Athletics Gene DeFilippo says.
For more information or to purchase tickets, call the BC ticket office at 617-552-GoBC.

Head Coach Tom O'Brien was pleased with what he saw in BC's first official practice of the season Wednesday afternoon in Alumni Stadium.
"I was very happy with the intensity and enthusiasm I saw on the first day," O'Brien says. "Even though we practiced without pads, there was a lot of teaching going on. They were very attentive and responded very well."
A Thursday afternoon practice will be sandwiched between strength & conditioning sessions and team and position meetings. The Eagles will spend the first half of Friday at their Media Day, and then hold an afternoon practice before visiting the annual Flynn Fund Barbecue. Single practices on Saturday and Sunday will be followed by the first "two-a-day" session on Monday.
