Men's Basketball Game Versus Villanova Changed To March 4

Because of postponements caused by recent weather conditions, the date of the upcoming Boston College-Villanova men's basketball game has been changed.

The BIG EAST Conference announced that the BC-Villanova game that was originally scheduled for Monday, March 3 in Conte Forum has been rescheduled and will now be played on Tuesday, March 4.

"Weather is something over which no one has any control," Boston College director of athletics Gene DeFilippo said. "The BIG EAST made a decision that they felt was in the best interest of all parties."

The March 4 game will begin at 7:30 p.m. Television coverage for the event has yet to be determined.

The Georgetown-West Virginia game that had been scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 has been moved to Monday, March 3.
