Collins Earns HOCKEY EAST Rookie of the Week Honors

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Freshman Chris Collins earned HOCKEY EAST Rookie of the Week honors for the week ending February 16, according to an announcement made by the league office.
Collins scored the game-winning goal in a 3-2 overtime victory over Merrimack on Friday night. Collins also registered one assist in the game. The win was BC's first in the extra session this season.
Collins is sixth on the team in scoring, ranking first among the Eagles' freshmen, with 20 points (nine goals and 11 assists) in 30 games.
