CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Sophomore Matti Kaltiainen earned HOCKEY EAST Defensive Player of the Week honors for the week ending Jan. 19, according to an announcement made by the league office.
Kaltiainen stopped 46 of 49 Boston University shots on Thursday and Friday night to lead the Eagles to the home-and-home sweep.
