Men's Golf Finishes Seventh at Dartmouth Invitational

HANOVER, N.H. - The Boston College men's golf team started the 2002 fall season by finishing seventh at this weekend's Dartmouth Invitational, scoring 295-297-592. Seventeen school's participated in this weekend's event at the Hanover Country Club in Hanover, N.H. Yale won the event with a score of 294-284-578.
Sophomore Eric Recher was the top Eagles' finisher with a score of 71-71-142, to put him two over par. Adam Fuchs from Binghamton University was the top finisher overall with a score of 67-68-135.
Other Eagle scorers were Sean McReynolds who finished 18th with a score of 73-74-147. Matt King finished in 24th place with a score of 73-75-148.
The Eagles return to action next weekend when they travel to Bethpage, N.Y., to compete in the McLaughlin Cup.
