AMHERST, MA - The Boston College women's golf team finished third at the Northeast Championship hosted by the University of Massachusetts at Hickory Ridge in Amherst, MA this past weekend. The event was rained out on Sunday, forcing final scores to be counted after one day of competition. The highest Eagle golfer was Kerry Whalen (Brewster, MA) who finished in a tie for eighth place. The Eagles finished third at the event with a score of 334 after 18 holes on the par 74 course.
