Clinic Features
Tuition
The tuition is $225 for participants. A $150 deposit must accompany the application form. The remaining balance will be due no later than June 1, 2002.
Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be offered if cancellation is within 7 days of the clinic start date, or if you fail to appear at the clinic.
Daily Schedule
9:00-11:45 am morning session
11:45-1:15 pm lunch break
1:15-4:00 pm afternoon session
