CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Sophomore Ben Eaves scored two goals as Boston College earned a weekend sweep of 13th-ranked Northeastern with a 3-1 victory at Kelley Rink before 2,537 fans on Sunday afternoon. The win also gave the Eagles a 2-1 edge in the season series with the Huskies, which could have strong implications in the race for home-ice in the HOCKEY EAST playoffs.

Ales Dolinar scored his third goal of the weekend at 12:57 when he beat Northeastern netminder Keni Gibson with a one-timer from the slot. He took a wrap-around feed from Jeff Giuliano for the goal as Ryan Shannon also assisted on the goal.
