SWIM TEAMS DOMINATE LOYOLA

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Both Boston College swimming and diving squads turned in top performances to dominate Loyola College (Md.) on Saturday. The women won by a score of 226-84, while the men were victorious, 199-92.
Numerous Eagles turned in first-place finishes. For the women, Eagles swept first, second and third in the 1000-freestyle, the 100-breaststroke, the 500-free, the 200-IM and both diving events. The men swept the 200-meter events, including the breaststroke, backstroke, and IM. Jack Connolly and Matt Baker were the top finishers in the 50- and 100-freestyle events.
Both squads will travel to New Jersey for the Princeton Invitational Meet on December 6, 7 and 8.
