Maria Cicero Qualifies for the NCAA Cross Country Championships

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College sophomore Maria Cicero will compete at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, Monday, Nov. 25 at Indiana State University. Cicero earned the bid after a second-place finish at the NCAA Northeast Regionals last Saturday at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. Cicero completed the course in 20:48.
This will be Cicero's second-consecutive NCAA Cross Country Championship. Last season, she earned All-America honors with a 16th-place finish with a time of 21:03.
