Q: When making your final decision to attend Boston College, what was the main reason for your choice?
"The main reason for my choosing to go to BC was that it was a great academic school. Also it is a very self-sufficient school with really nice people."
Q: What do you hope to get out of your experience at Boston College?
"I hope to get a great education, the overall college experience, and make some great friends."
Q: What makes volleyball such an appealing game to play?
"Volleyball is such an appealing game to play because it is one of the most team-oriented sports. Also it is a fast-paced and requires quick reflexes and movement."
Q: What is your greatest athletic moment? Why?
"My greatest athletic moment was when I used to beat all the boys when we would race dirt bikes. I won a 5-foot trophy for winning the series. As for volleyball, each time my team and I won because each win is so critical and necessary over the course of a season. Every win is a great athletic achievement."
Q: Who is the toughest player (high school or college) that you have faced? Why?
"There are so many great players I have faced, but the toughest player was my basketball teammate in high school, Kim Harper. She never gave up and that made her unstoppable."
Q: What is the best about Boston College?
"The best thing about BC is the whole student atmosphere because everybody seems like they are willing to go the distance."
Q: Where is your favorite place to go in Boston?
"My favorite place to go is the volleyball court, of course!"
Q: If you could talk to three people deceased or alive, who would they be?
"I would like to talk to both of my grandpas because they both died way before I was born. The third person I would like to talk to would be my old best friend Heather Farmer. She moved to Idaho when we were in the 6th grade."
Q: What is something that people do not know about you?
"I just can't stand people who just give up and roll over."
Q: Where do you see yourself ten years from now?
"I see myself either living in Oakdale, CA or being a very successful head researcher for a major company."
Q: What is your hometown know for?
"Oakdale is my hometown and we are the cowboy capitol of the world!"
Q: What is your favorite sports team?
"My favorite sports team is the San Francisco 49ers! Always have been a fan, always will be."
