Bell Nets 11 Points in USA's Second Victory

Boston College junior guard Troy Bell recorded 11 points and seven assists in 18 minutes of action as the United States defeated South Korea, 128-73, in the FIBA World Championship for Young Men in Saitama, Japan.
Bell shot 3-for-6 from the floor and 5-for-7 from the foul line. He was 0-for-3 on three-point attempts.
Iowa forward Reggie Evans led the United States with 20 points, while Duke's Carlos Boozer and Illinois' Brian Cook each added 17 points.
The USA's 128 points were the most scored by a USA team in the event. Its 55-point margin of victory is the second best in the 18 U.S. games in this event.
The American team continues preliminary round play on Sunday, August 5 against undefeated Argentina.
