Sailing Competes In The Coed Championship

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College Coed Sailing Team finished in fourth place at the Coed Sailing Championship at the University of Rhode Island. The team was in first place until the last two races of the 18 race competition.
Junior Tyler Pruett (Del Mar, Calif.) was awarded the College Sailor of the Year award, the highest honor achievable in the sport. He also earned All-America honors as a skipper.
Senior Elise Mazereas (Marblehead, Mass.) also earned All-America honors for her crew duties.
Sophomore Carrie Howe (Grosse Point, Mich.) earned All-America Honorable Mention as a skipper.
