Three Eagles Named to NEISA All-Conference Teams

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Three members of Boston College Sailing received NEISA Honors this week, as announced by the league office. Tanner Krygsveld, Kennedy Laureigh, and Caroline Sibilly were all named to the individual second teams, respectively.
Tanner Krygsveld was named a NEISA Second Team Open Skipper, the only freshman to receive this honor. The St. Thomas, Virgin Islands native helped guide the Eagles to three regatta wins in the spring season, highlighted by a back-to-back at the John Jackson team Race and Geiger Trophy.
Kennedy Laureigh received a selection to the Women's Crews Second Team, earning a top-three finish in the St. Mary's Women's Fleet Race and Roger Williams Team Race.
Lastly, Caroline Sibilly was selected to the Women's Skippers Second Team. She was a part of the John Jackson Team Race crew that took first place, adding a top-five finish at the St. Mary's Women's Fleet Race, Friis Trophy, and NEISA Open Team Race Championships.
Boston College now looks ahead to the Open Fleet Race and Women's Fleet Race National Championships, hosted by South Florida from May 15-18 and May 19-22.
