Track Competes In Day Two Of The Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA - Selected members of the Boston College men and women's track and field teams competed in the second day of the Penn Relays, on Friday, April 27, at Franklin Field in Philadelphia.
The women's 4x1500 relay took fourth place with a time of 17:58.71. Running on the relay was Laura Smith, Shannon Smith, Katie Ryan and Jen Donovan
On the men's side, the distance relay ran a 10:01.00 and took third place in their heat.
Hosted yearly by the University of Pennsylvania, the Penn Relays will resume for the third day of competition on Saturday, April 28 at Franklin Field.
