Women's Lacrosse Falls To No. 17 Syracuse

Syracuse, N.Y.- The Boston College women's lacrosse team fell to 17th ranked Syracuse, 19-10, in the Carrier Dome, on April 14. The Eagles were led by junior Lauren Miller, who scored three goals and added one assist.
In the first half the Eagles lead 6-5 before the Orangewomen went on a 4-0 run stretching into the second half. Syracuse led 8-6 at the intermission.
Syracuse came out of the half to score two quick goals and went on to outscore the Eagles 11-4 closing play with a nine-point advantage in the second half. BC added two goals in the final minute of play off tallies from Miller and Rachel Bausch.
The Boston College women's lacrosse team will next play New Hampshire on Wednesday, April 18. Game time is 7:30 p.m in Alumni Stadium.
