Miller Earns Preseason Lacrosse All-America Honors

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass.-Boston College women's lacrosse player Lauren Miller, has been selected as a Street and Smith preseason all-American honorable mention.
Playing the attack, Miller was selected as a 2000 northeast regional all-American. A junior from Timonium, Md., Miller led the country in average assists per game with 2.47, collecting 41 for a team high during the 2000 season. Miller also led the Eagles in points with 72 from 31 goals and 41 assists.
During her first collegiate season at Boston College, Miller scored 23 goal and collected 22 assists, a team high, in 1999.
The Eagles will begin their season on Sat. Feb 17 at the South of the Border Tournament against an opponent to be determined.
