Men's Tennis Drops Two to Dartmouth and Rutgers

The men's tennis team dropped two matches this weekend, to Dartmouth on Friday, March 31 and to Rutgers on Sunday, April 2. Both were 8-1 decisions.
Sophomore Tim Brennan took the only Eagle victories on the weekend. On Friday, he defeated Matt Young, 6-4, 7-5 in the sixth singles match and then topped Takashi Zetzu, 7-5, 1-6, 6-3, on Sunday.
The Boston College doubles teams were swept both days.
The men's tennis team will next compete against St. John's when they travel to Jamaica, NY on Friday, April 7 to face the Red Storm at 3 p.m. The match is the first of three away from the Heights that weekend. The Eagles will also play at Villanova on Saturday at 1 p.m. and then travel to Orange, NJ to face Seton Hall on Sunday at 10 a.m.
