Defenseman Cass Sidelined By Knee Injury

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College sophomore defenseman Bill Cass (Hingham, Mass.) has suffered a lateral meniscus tear in his right knee and is expected to miss four to six weeks.
Cass has played in 13 of the Eagles' 14 games this season, and 54 of 56 possible games over two seasons. He has registered three assists this season, and has tallied one goal and 11 assists in his two seasons at BC.
The third-ranked Eagles (11-3-0) return to action on Wednesday, Dec. 6, when they travel to Northeastern to take on the Huskies in a conference matchup. The Eagles then travel to Orono, Maine to face off against the Black Bears on Saturday, Dec. 10. Game time for both contests is 7 p.m.
