East Stroudsburg, Penn. - Boston College Wrestling competed in the East Stroudsburg Open today in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. There was no team scoring at this event, but several BC wrestlers performed very well.
Co-captain Steve Pregiato went 2-1 on the day, defeating Jason Giandomenico 6-1 before falling to Mark Hanglsleben 5-2 while Dan Degan went 2-2. Degan was victorious against Andrew Roy (5-3) and Colorado's Jeff Anderson (win by forfeit), falling to L.H.U.'s Eric O'Connor and Sacred Heart's Steve Forrest.
Boston College has no team record as of yet. They will compete next in the Kutztown University Wrestling Invitational in Kutztown, Pennsylvania.
