Volleyball Sweeps Dartmouth For The Second Time This Season

HANOVER, N.H. - Sophomore outside hitter Lauren Schwer had 19 kills and 11 digs to lead the Boston College volleyball team past Dartmouth 3-0 for the second time this season. The Eagles improved to 7-13 with the win, while Dartmouth dropped to 8-11 with the loss.
Dartmouth presented the Eagles with a challenge in the first game, but BC was able to escape the frame with a 15-13 win. The second and third sets were all Eagles, though, as BC took game two 15-4 and game three 15-9. Eagles sophomore opposite Rachel Bach had 10 kills, and senior setter Kyleen Charlton had 40 assist to help pace BC. Erin Naipo and Jen Madsen each had 10 kills for the Big Green.
The Eagles will return home to face Villanova in Power Gym at 8 p.m. this Friday, October 20. Admission is free.
