HANOVER, NH - The Boston College women's golf team finished eighth in a field of 18 teams at the Dartmouth College Invitational at the Hanover Country Club on September 18-19. Yale University shot a 319-314-633 to win the two-day event narrowly defeating Princeton University (318-316-634). Rutgers University (329-325-654), the University of Hartford (338-331-669), host Dartmouth (338-339-677), Bucknell University (340-342-682), and Central Connecticut (349-346-695) finished in front of the Eagles.

Kristy Finlayson of the University of Hartford finished first after shooting a 72-74-146. Katie Shields was the top finisher for Boston College, placing ninth with a score of 81-78-159. Rounding out the Boston College competitors were Suzanne Carrazza (T35th, 91-87-178), Carolyn McDonald (T-42nd, 94-87-181), Jen Mitchell (T-46th, 88-95-183), Meghan Donoghue (T-50th, 94-91-185), and Tina Haydu (T-68th, 102-100-202).
