Chestnut Hill, Mass. - The Boston College Eagles picked up their third win of the season, 14-11, over the University of Pennsylvania on Sunday afternoon at Franklin Field in Philadelphia, PA.
The Eagles attack was led by junior Susan Pitt(Milwaukee,WI) and freshman Lauren Miller(Timonium, MD). Pitt scored six goals and on her third goal of the game at the 24:16 mark of the second half she put BC ahead to stay at 8-7. Miller scored three goals and assisted on five others.
In net for the Eagles was sophomore Melissa Cole(Manhasset, N.Y.). In her third win of the season, Cole made nine saves in 60 minutes.
