Women's Golf places fifth at Dartmouth Invitational

Hanover, NH -- The Boston College womens golf team opened its fall season on a positive note by finishing 5th out of 14 teams at the Dartmouth Womens Invitational. The Eagles finished only six strokes out of fourth place, with an overall score of 692. Freshman Susie Carrazza (Longmeadow, MA) opened her collegiate career by finishing 13th overall with a score of 163. Carrazza shot an 81 on the first day and an 82 on the final day of the tourney. Sophomore Meghan Donoghue (Dover, MA) was the Eagles next best finisher, in 21st place with a score of 170 overall. She shot an 86 on the first day and bettered that performance by two strokes on the final day.
