Women's Golf Finishes Third at Lady Eagle Invitational

OSTERVILLE, Mass. -- The Boston College women's golf team finished third in a field of 10 teams at the Lady Eagle Invitational Tournament at Oyster Harbors Club in Osterville, Massachusetts on April 10 and 11. Dartmouth College won the two-day event with a score of 730 (364, 366) followed by Brown University (737), and Boston College (749). Lauren Epstein led Dartmouth to victory, capturing first-place honors with a score of 169 (84, 85).
Tamara Jones of Brown finished second with a two-day score of 174 (87, 87), and Boston College's Jackie Shea placed third with a score of 179 (93, 86). Also finishing in the top 10 for the Eagles was Suzanne Carrazza, who placed fifth overall with a score of 182 (88, 94). Rounding out the Boston College competitors was Meghan Donoghue (T-13th, 191), Tina Haydu (T-19th, 197), Carolyn McDonald (T-22nd, 199), and Katie Hart (T- 30th, 209).
