Volleyball falls to Georgetown

Chestnut Hill, MA---Georgetown University handed Boston College its second BIG EAST loss of the season 3-0 (15-7, 15-13, 15-7.). The Hoyas(13-3, 2-0) had two women with double-digit kills, led by freshman Yulia Vturina with 16 kills and 17 digs.

BC was once again led by sophomore outside-hitter Julia El-Hag(Bedford, N.Y.) with her second consecutive double-double(16 kills, 10 digs). Sophome setter Kyleen Charlton(Tampa, FL.) tallied 13 digs, Charlton now has 38 digs in the teams two BIG EAST matches.

BC will end its homestand Wednesday night versus University of New Hampshire. Match time is 7:00 p.m.
