Chestnut Hill, MA---The Eagles led by sophome outside-hitter Julia El-Hag(Fox Lane/Bedford, N.Y.) with 16 kills and a hitting percentage of .583 cruised to their eighth victory of the season.

Boston College came out fast and took care of the Crusaders early as the quickly won the first game 15-2. Courtney Grubb(Southside/Rockville Centre, N.Y.) played well defensively recording 15 digs. BC had a team hitting percentage of .319 with 42 kills and only 12 errors.

BC starts their BIG EAST schedule this Saturday versus Villanova at Power Gym, game time is 2:00 pm. The Eagles continue their home stand on Sunday versus BIG EAST opponent Georgetown, game time on Sunday is 1:00 p.m.
